![]() So, I send green one back to the base to get bravo again but understandably they did not want to enter the choppers anymore. It was a stressful day for them.Įcho wanted to be escorted by Bravo - which was already waiting at the base drinking their well earned tea - to the newly established LZ. So, I said ok, then I'm going to move away from that hill and everything will be alright but I couldn't move alpha anymore because they were fighting an invisible enemy. But the script didn't want me to do that. Therefore, i figured it should be ok to quickly land again and get the other units out too. Green One landed to leave supplies for bravo and I medevaced and took bravo to the base already and let it exit there.īefore I returned with Green One to get the other ones I was able to eliminate *every* other unit that was attacking or approaching the hill with the help of my platoons and called in airstrikes. That made sense, however, bravo retreated to a position further north earlier so I though it was a good idea to try to collect bravo at the very north end of the hill while the fights at the hilltop were going on which also worked. It was not possible to land directly at the hilltop because the hill was too hot and echo and alpha were fighting enemies very close to their positions. I had Green One near the hill as backup anyway. ![]() Lots of Fighting and airstrikes until my units wanted to be evacuated. So I went on and was able to take the hill. That would have spared me a few wasted hours. Maybe the order should state more clearly that the units have to wait at the lz before they move. I could resolve the issue by bringing alpha back to the LZ while Bravo waited there after arrival. Apparently that's not tolerated by the script. I brought in Alpha first and send it a bit away from the LZ to defend against the last known enemy position while Echo secured the LZ itself. I found out what the problem was the first time. Many players have finished mission 7 before, so it is doable, just needs some adjustments in tactics and overall thinking ) I would recommend to follow the objectives (which are not "destroy all the enemy units" ) and try to do the best, even if sometimes there is nothing you can do from the base. sometimes the player does not have a full control over the actions on the battlefield and that's how this should work. There are some new features and factors going on, e.g. Scripts in the mission 7 works fine, but they're quite different than those in previous missions. I am unable to continue the mission and therefore also can't reload the mission meaning I am stuck with the campaign and can't continue. Then after refil it teleports to the base.ĮDIT: Apparently the complete mission is broken. Or I didn't find the last one maybe?Īlso a strange thing is that when Green One is low on fuel and I send it somewhere on the map it says the right coordinates when it arrives but then says its at the base and is going to refil. ![]() ![]() It just took forever to find and kill every enemy unit and then nothing happens. I can empty as much ammo on the mortars as I want, i just can't destroy them. I don't know if I got them all because also the replay feature doesn't work on the saved games anymore. However now I am at a point where I cant't find anymore enemies on the map. I saved in between because it took so long. Originally posted by namenochfrei:so for me it does not seem to work.
